Rip has been very busy with the
construction of his new SLM. He is in the process of mounting the body and interior. The
chassis is finished with all the suspension mounts along with fuel cell and battery
mounts.
"It has been a lot more work than I had imaged and a ton more money" Said Rip.
The Spangler’s have been seen at the Ripper’s house along with crew members
Kerry and Jeff. They hope to have the chassis at the paint shop by mid February and then
final assembly. Rip will be back in his familiar orange paint job with Pick Your Part as
his primary sponsor and Lee Ladd as car owner.
